Teenagers are hard on laces. The color is a great sub for what came with Converse. The tips came off one lace pretty quickly. There are two pair so I still think this is a good value.Got these laces to replace black ones that came with my Taos sneakers (wanted some contrast!) and I’m very happy with them. They are a great width and the ivory color is a nice light cream (definitely not a bright white). Recommend!I ordered these in a 55 which is what come with my chuck 70s from the site. 55 is good for you like to lace with one eyelet undone but probably too short if you want to lace your shoes all the way up. Regrading the feel and weave of the laces they are nearly identical except the white laces are just slightly too white and slightly too wide. These probably measure 2mm wider. If you are okay with that these are pretty much factory replacements that look and feel great!I have an old pair of shoes that the laces have slowly disentigrated. Now, I can wear them another 10 years with these laces.The beige matches my converses perfectly but I would not go as far as to call these a duplicate of the original laces. They’re a lot thicker and not completely flat like I was looking forThe color is exactly what I was looking for. Also the length was perfect.I am really pleased with the good quality of these laces. I needed to replace a pair of hightop laces & wanted a nice cotton, heavy duty set similar to the original laces that came with the shoes. These were perfect.Laces are exactly as advertised!
