I needed to replace a lace on a pair of running shoes, it just didn't match the other lace, so I just wanted to change both laces. These laces are a bit thicker than the ones that needed replacing, but the length is fine. I also got some other laces in this set which I will of course hang on to for the future. I have a large plastic zip bag full of laces that I have kept from old shoes (clean and washed!) so I did have some others to choose from, but none really were the right length. It was somewhat hard to find the right replacement laces in this era of supply issues, but hopefully I'm set for a while now!
