Fallow the instructions and take your time measuring out the laces to make sure you don’t cut off too much! The laces have some give to them but not too much. I bought these for my Etnies so they would slip on and off more easily. I haven’t had an issue with them yet and they’ve only come undone once.Putting these on a pair of shoes weren’t hard, but the elastic shoe laces they provide do not fit into the metal buckles. You have to shove them in this little slot and screw it down, but you have to cut the ends off first. Didn’t even use the buckle as they were long enough to tie and had plastic ends like regular laces. Buckles is useless unless you want that flat buckle look, good luck getting it in when you cut it and it frays.I love my sneakers- several pairs, in fact. But I hate tying them. I always tie double knots and they still are too on for and I tend to trip on them. I finally decided to see if I can address it. I got these and figured if I messed them up or cut them too short, I’d be out $6.I got them in a few days- (super fast shipping, btw!). I did my first pair in about 20 mins and it was a breeze! I love them. I just ordered a dark blue pair for my Brooks.They’re super easy to use and they are holding great. I already love them!Enjoy!but you need nimble fingers. They are horrible to rig. Screws are tiny and tough to get on. Sizing is a pain have to insure you have the correct length. Very difficult time consuming . Be sure not to drop those screws . Would of gave them five stars reduced three stars for the aggravtionThese seem well made and the magnets seem sturdy enough. The material is very elastic so I’m interested to see how long it lastsPut them on my sneakers following the (extremely vague) directions. The magnetic clamps wouldn't stay attached to each other while putting on my shoes, and then when I tried to secure them the laces frayed apart. I figured that I had done them too tight, so I used the second pair of laces provided, this time being really careful on leaving more slack, but regardless the same thing happened again.Lo mejor de estos cordones es que me facilita al colocarme los zapatos. SCREWS FOR SHOE LACES? come on. The screws were so small, I couldn't even get them in my fingers and the directions were so bad I didn't even know what to do with them. This was one of the worst purchases I've made in a long time on here and of course I had followed step 2 of the directions where it said to cut the laces so it was too late for me to return. There are other options for tie-less laces that do not require assembly!
